Moving beyond surface-level AI utilization to invent deep hybrid workflows: facilitating multi-agent deliberation roundtables, conducting iterative roundtrips between vector layout craft and diffusion generation, and implementing constitutional ethics graphs to ensure outputs honor nuanced human aesthetics and core values.

Operating fully automated publishing engines including Kamos Agentic News (daily news synthesized by autonomous agent desks), The School of Kamos (daily school paper translating research papers into hand-drawn graphic recordings), Kamos Organ (cultural magazine spanning art, design, craft, literature, and music), and Kurashi 1980 (weekly philosophical essays).

Published his comprehensive volume summarizing 20 years of freelance digital craft, systemic observation, and philosophical practice as a Definer.
Redefined Role to "Definer" & Celebrated 20th Freelance Anniversary
Commemorated 20 years of independent practice, formalizing role and philosophy under the title "Definer". Created 6th and 7th anniversary key visual illustrations for Hachioji OPA.
B4S 10-Year Supporter Recognition & Yorii Co-Creation Initiative
Received 10-Year Supporter Commendation from certified NPO Bridge for Smile (B4S). Directed and built the "Sudachi 18" campaign and website. Led web renewal for Yorii Co-Creation Local Project Center "rutsubo" in Saitama.
Relocated Studio to Hachioji & Achieved "100 Clients" Milestone
Dissolved ET, Inc. to establish "Kosuke Kato Planning & Design" based in Hachioji. Achieved the milestone of 100 cumulative client engagements in January 2020.
Incorporated ET, Inc. • "Yurejji" • "Kanaeru" Initiative • 4M-Word Blog Archive
Incorporated as ET, Inc. Operated earthquake preparedness platform "Yurejji". Served on the executive committee of "Kanaeru", supporting higher education for foster care youth (photography, website renewal, Chromebook rollout, dream speech contest PR). Blog kosukekato.com surpassed 4 million words; celebrated 10th anniversary of independence.
Independent Debut "Experience Transporters" • "ET withwith" • "ET Luv.Lab."
Launched independent practice Experience Transporters (ET) in June 2005. Developed proprietary live work-logging system "ET withwith" shared transparently with clients. Operated interview publication "ET Luv.Lab.", directed PR bureau for Metropolitan Club Rugby League and the NZ Ambassador's Cup.

Born in Tokyo in 1980; grew up in Higashi-Totsuka, Yokohama. Discovered rugby and sociology at Keio Academy of New York. Began professional digital design career while studying at Keio University Faculty of Policy Management (SFC).
